Home Maintenance Services
Basic Home Maintenance - $99 per month
- Foundation and exterior slab inspection and repair for cracks, gaps or entry points for pests, rodents, scorpions or moisture.
- Inspection and repair of door and window weather stripping, window screens and sealing of cracks around doors and windows.
-Roof and eve inspection and repair for entry points, cracks, gaps and birds nest.
-Inspection and patch of holes, gaps, cracks in stucco or siding.
-Garage door weather stripping (additional repair may cost extra)
- Check fencing, gates and walls for breeches, holes or signs of animal entry.
- Check and repair gate latch and/or hing issues to maintain functionality.
-Lubricate exterior hinges and latches as needed.
- Inspection of exterior plumbing for leaks.
Monthly report provided via email after service.
Standard Home Maintenance - $180 per month
Includes everything in the Basic Plan plus
-Testing of smoke and/or CO2 alarms (battery replacement included in price)
-Check of fire extinguishers (pressure and dates only)
-Inspection of interior plumbing for leaks. (repairs MAY be an additional cost)
-Replace HVAC filter. (filter included in price)
-Testing interior light bulbs and replacing as needed. (basic light bulbs included in price)
-Dryer vent cleaning.
- Perform minor maintenance work as needed. (fix clogged drain, tighten door handles, fix squeaking hinges, change shower heads, change of interior door lock)
Monthly report provided via email after service.
Premium Home Maintenance - $270 per month
Includes everything in the Basic and Standard plan plus
-Electrical outlet check/testing on all outlets.
-Basic chimney sweeping 2 times a year.
-Gutter cleaning when needed.
-Touch up painting.
-Priority Scheduling
-50% discount on hourly handyman rates when needed.
Premium clients are slotted for 3 hours per visit. This time slot is for the completion of the above stated inspection/repairs. Any time left after the completion of these tasks, is allocated for additional jobs the client needs completed at no additional cost. Will not go over 3 hours.
