Justin Nichols is the owner and operator of Precision Seal and Handyman, a trusted home sealing, pest exclusion and handyman service dedicated to helping homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their most valuable investment, their home. With a diverse background that blends construction management, law enforcement, and entrepreneurship, Justin brings a unique set of skills, discipline, and reliability to every project he takes on.

A Foundation in Construction

Growing up in the construction industry, Justin gained hands-on experience from an early age. Over the years, he advanced into managing large-scale commercial projects, where he learned the importance of precision, efficiency, and accountability. This foundation built his ability to troubleshoot complex problems, plan projects effectively, and deliver quality results, skills that translate directly into the home sealing and handyman work he provides for his clients today.  This also helps make him a top-notch REALTOR.

Law Enforcement & Integrity

Before returning to construction full-time, Justin served nine years as a police officer, working as a Field Training Officer, Detective, Defensive Tactics Instructor and SWAT Operator. Those roles demanded integrity, discipline, and quick problem-solving under pressure, qualities he now applies when serving his home sealing and handyman clients. His background instilled in him a strong sense of trustworthiness and professionalism, giving homeowners peace of mind knowing the person working in their home values honesty and respect above all else.

Entrepreneurial Experience

Justin has also owned and operated multiple businesses, including a personal safety consulting company. His entrepreneurial journey sharpened his leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, all of which contribute to the professionalism and reliability clients experience with his handyman service.

Outside of work, Justin is a devoted husband and family man. His mission is to use his talents and experience to serve others, whether that means repairing a leaky faucet, building custom solutions for a home, or tackling larger improvement projects.
